HR Technology Sector Q3 2020 M&A Review

This report provides an analysis on key HRTech transactions in the period and associated trends as well as quoted company valuation metrics which can serve as an indication of trends in pricing for private transactions. This quarter, we are highlighting 31 M&A transactions. Certain market segments have been gaining popularity and driving M&A activity during the COVID-19 pandemic.
